Macarons - Yes! we definitely have feet.

'J' and I had another Macaron Day using the Italian Meringue method. It just keeps getting better!!!!!

    How great is the Italian method. After the class at Savour I've only ever used it - always with success!

    Hi Julia,

    I also use the Italian method and agree with you definitely. It has been successful in every attempt. Once you get used to the sugar syrup, it really is easy. I have also used both the French and Spanish as well with mixed results.
